When will my order ship?

Our products are specialty, handmade and prepared fresh daily. Your order will be made fresh upon receipt and promptly shipped. Order processing may include FRESH production time depending upon the items ordered and stock levels at time of placement. FRESH production time will vary but will not exceed 14 days, depending on the posted timeframe at checkout.

What's FRESH production time?

FRESH production time is the entire process it takes the Mixologist to handmake your products from start to finish. This includes the measuring, pouring, curing, and especially the creation of unmatched scents. Our fresh is FRESH!

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS Insured Priority Mail, with a delivery time of 2-4 days from the time the order has COMPLETED processing. During online promotions, sales or holiday promos, we reserve the right to ship via any method of our choosing. Also you may expect increased processing time during any of these special order time periods.

Can I chose expedited shipping?

You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery after Fresh order processing is complete. Unless otherwise requested, your shipping charges will include insurance. If you decline insurance, The Bubble Bistro will not be liable for any loss or damage once your order is received by USPS.

How often do you ship?

Orders are shipped daily on business days, Mon-Friday. During the summer months, there will be no shipping except on Monday thru Thursday to keep your fresh goodies from sitting in a hot storage facility all weekend.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change or cancel it?

If you are placing an order with our everyday goodies, we will accept changes within 24 hours ONLY. You may add on to your order anytime before it has shipped by calling (888) 377-1172 with your order number or email us at orders@bubblebistro.com. We do not accept cancellations or changes on custom orders once it has been placed. Also, please make sure your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned for any reason other than our error, the customer will be responsible for the additional charges.

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes! You can order a whole loaf of your favorite soap, a bucket of your favorite scrub, and a tub of Body Smoothie. Yes… we will indulge you at your request!

How long does Bubble Bistro products last?

We do not use any chemical/synthetic preservatives in our products, therefore giving them a definite shelf life of 8-10 months. We hardly doubt you’ll let your body wait that long. Some of our products have an indefinite shelf life. You can extend the shelf life with proper storage either in the refrigerator or a cool, dry place. Our handmade soaps are best preserved in a well-draining soap dish, and not left sitting in water.

Do you use preservatives?

We do not use any chemical/synthetic preservatives in our products. We do use natural preservatives such as Wild Honey, Vitamin E, Rosemary Extract, and Wheat Germ Oil. Due to the natural essence, some separation may occur. Give your products a shake/stir before each use.

I have sensitive skin/allergies. Can I use your products?

If you have allergies, please contact us directly BEFORE ordering to inquire about any or all ingredients or to make a custom order. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any essential oils or The Bubble Bistro products.
